Look I have a mask made with a tartan pattern. The SPS has had me wearing it, but I am not sure why. So far I have received no royal visitors from Scotland. I have made sure the pasture is properly prepared for royal visitors and waiting patiently...so far nothing. I have been wondering if the reason for the tartan is already here. There are to minis, maybe they are leprechauns. There is a fancy retired show horse here who used to have a fancy Irish name...I don't think he counts because he eats dirt. Maybe the SPS is just making sure that I am properly attired at all times. The farrier and the equine therapist are coming this weekend. I will conduct my self appropriately for the farrier. If the therapist starts digging her fingertips into my rear again trying to make me do a bum tuck I plan on giving what I think is an appropriate response-so be warned mean fingertip lady. Tue ne cede malissed contra audentiorito (Yield not to misfortunes, but advance all the more boldly against them)
You look stylish but I would keep an eye on that wiley human. Next thing you know, come winter, you'll be wearing a tartan kilt instead of a quartersheet.

Sir Darby is a 20 year old appaloosa /Percheron cross. A royal horse who has been displaced and is now living at a working ranch. He is training his SPS (special personal servant) the proper care and handling of a royal horse.
